Oregon with the Thomsons

Ali was so nice to take us all around Eugene. It was gorgeous!

This tree is 170 years plus

Al took us to these beautiful rose gardens

This is the path we walked by the river

They have the most incredible property

How would you like this as your backyard?

Cute Nicky

I just adore Nick's face in this picture

Adorable Josh

They have the coolest tire swing by their property

Go Utes!

Poor Josh was so torn between cheering between Oregon and the U, so he made this shirt. He decided that his true loyalty was to Oregon though, so he just wore his Oregon T shirt.

After the game with "rain hair"

Walking to the game. It is just breathtaking there.

I thought these two pictures were so funny. Quinn is glaring cause the Utes lost and I think that Joshie is not so happy about having to wear any Utes gear.

Matt, Quinn and I wearing our Utes gear in a sea of green and yellow. Josh stuck to his guns and wore green

I can't even express how much we love these guys!

This past weekend we went to visit my brother Matt, his wife Ali and their sons Nick and Josh in Eugene Oregon. They were so nice to have us come. We got to go all around Eugene, watch Nick and Josh's soccer games, stay up late talking, play with the boys, eat great food, laugh hysterically, catch up and go to the Utah vs. Oregon game. ( we won't talk to much about that one.) We LOVED Oregon! I really tried to talk Quinn into moving up there after we got back. It is just gorgeous county. We had so much fun. We absolutely love these guys and wish so desperately that they lived closer or that we did. It was so great to have some one on one time with my brother and his family. We don't get to see them enough. It made me so sad to leave. - Thank you guys for having us up. Thanks Ali for taking us around. Thank you Matt for driving us back up to Portland it was nice to have more time to chat. We Love you guys so much!

labor day

We went up to Park city over labor day and went for a walk in the beautiful mountains. ( I just wish I hadn't worn heels ) It was gorgeous, with a few of the leaves already changing.

The end of an era

The night before the wedding we went bowling at fat cats, this is Josh's prize for being the groom.

E.S.K.C

Some of the wives

Poor Jen, she inherited a whole new group.

Quinn's best friend Josh got married tonight. It really is the end of an era. The boys always hung out at his parents house (yes, they are 28 and still hanging out at their parents house) and Josh was kinda of the ring leader of the group so with his marriage I guess it means the boys are officially grown up. I really thought this day would never happen. I am so happy for them.
