Lily Jo

Our Niece Lily Jo got baptized this weekend by her father Joe. It was such a beautiful meeting and we are so proud of Lily Jo! She has the sweetest little spirit and we are lucky to be her Aunt and Uncle.

The best friends a girl could have

The Bellagio gardens are Amazing. They are one of my favorites!

Every time I go to Vegas I love to look at the glass sculpture in the Bellagio entrance. It is spectacular.

Ah, memories of Europe come flooding back...

So, since Quinn was ditching me last weekend my mom and sister thought it might be a good time to visit Grammy. My sweet 93 year old Grammy is so amazing! She is a sweetheart who is so beautiful and kind. We had so much fun catching up with her. We also took a side jaunt down to Vegas to walk around and see the sights. I love walking through the big casinos, they are so glamorous. Thanks ladies for a fun trip to St.George. I had so much fun. It's so nice to have that quick break. Back to reality!

Spring Training: It's A Man's Game

2009 Spring Training. Kristi thought it would be a good idea to blog about the Cubs as practice for all the blogging I would do about her in the future. So here I am people. Every year My dad brothers and I go to spring training in Mesa to watch the Chicago Cubs. It's perfect because the weather is great March Madness has started and it doesn't matter if the Cubs lose because they are only exhibition games. We always go to at lest 2 home games at Hohocam park in Mesa and 1 game away in Scottsdale or another park close. The grass is green the sun is on your back and baseball is in the air. Life is good(but not too good because Kristi isn't with me). Every year we aren't short for funny stories like my little Bro Brady running down the freeway in a traffic jam to find a bathroom. My dad started to take us over 20 years ago and it's a tradition I will carry on with my kids(even if I only get girls). Hopefully the Cubs will have won a World Series by then. But if not, there is always next year. GO CUBS

Four Wheelin'

Quinn trying to do a Wheelie, but not getting far

Daphne and Ann are determined to make me more "outdoorsy". Good Luck ladies!

Props to Ann for riding in her church skirt

Ian

Tyler and a neighborhood boy, Calder. ( We are missing a picture of Daphne!)

On Sunday the Quists invited us over for a little Sunday French toast, bacon and Sausage. It is fast becoming a tradition with them and the Kofeds. After a scrumptious breakfast/lunch we got to ride on the Quists new toy, a miniature four wheeler. Ty got it from a friend who won it from a radio station. We had a great time, that little thing was so loud I think we had the whole neighborhood watching us.
