Merry Christmas!!!

I love Christmas Eve with all the many traditions that my family has. First we have a huge yummy dinner and then we act out the Nativity story and then top it all off by going to Temple Square to see the lights. As usual we had a great time. -Don't you just love Calder s "swaddling clothes" in the first picture...

I always loved walking through the lights as a kid. It was so cold you always found someone to cuddle with as you strolled through millions of twinkling lights. It is very peaceful to me. I loved this picture cause it reminded me of holding hands with my dad when I was a little girl.

This is always where we end up an Christmas, sitting in my parents living room relaxing after all the presents have been opened.

Then off to Quinn's.....

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!!

Festival of Trees!

My favorite Gingerbread house

Can you tell Quinn just loves how many pictures I take?

The boys and their star wars toys.

I absolutely adore the festival of trees! It is just one of the things that makes December feel like Christmas.

My sweet mom

the tree that our primary did for our Christmas party. so cute

I ran into this cute family as we were leaving...

New Moon

I went and saw New Moon with my mom and sister. It's a big event (Quinn's eyes are rolling) I guess that it is now tradition to take a picture every time we see a new part of the series. - Quinn you had star wars, this is my little obsession- It was Awesome!!! Lovely eye candy. I must admit it did make me a small Jacob fan...

the tree

The annual Kimball Christmas tree gathering, we all get together to pick out our trees. It's very quick. If you are ten minutes late, chances are you missed it.

Brady and Capree were ten minutes late....

The tree! yea! Christmas is here! I can't believe it.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Matt, Ali and the boys were in town so we got to have breakfast with my family...

...and then dinner with Quinn's

The lovely cook

Quinn's mom is so talented. She makes amazing quilts, pillows, etc. She gave us this cute pillow to kick off the season.

Nothing says "Thanksgiving" like a Jazz game. Their first one ever, luckily we had tickets ;)
