zoo fun!

I got to start off the summer at the zoo ( too bad about a thousand people had the same idea ) with my mom, sister, ben, gracie, evelynne, william and molly. We had so much fun riding the train and watching all the animals.

Girlfriends

I've been blessed with great girlfriends in my life, two of which are in my own family. My sister and my mom are great friends of mine. We get together when I nanny so that the kids I watch and my sisters kids can play together. Well, at least thats the excuse we give, it's really because we enjoy each others company so much and it makes the day just fly by.

My Babies

So besides being a hair stylist/student one of my other jobs is taking care of two beautiful children. William(7) and Molly (2). I have been with these two for about six years and they are absolute blessings in my life. I love them so much. William turned seven this past weekend and just happened to be having his birthday party at the Beez game when we ran into them.

SUMMER!

There is nothing better to usher in summer then to do a BBQ and then go to a ball game. We had a BBQ with Bart, Michelle and family, Zane, Lexi and baby Zane and Brynn, Jesse and "yet to be named" at Liberty Park, then we went to a Beez game ( Sorry I realize the photos aren't really in order but I'm still getting use to this whole blogging thing) It was so fun just to relax out in the warm weather and let the little ones crawl around. I'm so glad that I have stayed in touch with the "Golden Girls" ( a really bad nickname someone gave our friends in high school ) It was so fun for me to sit back and think about us ten years ago being loud, silly girls in High school and to now see where everyone is. It's so fun to watch my girlfriends be moms and to play with their beautiful children. Maybe it helped us get a bit more ready for ones of our own......someday.
