This past week I had an experience that has left me feeling extremely grateful for Life in general and all of my blessings. (Like Michelle who did a similar post, I don't want to sound like a brag blog so if you want you can skip this post) But with Thanksgiving just around the corner I just wanted to take a minute to share all that I am grateful for.
I am so grateful for life! For the opportunity to live and have amazing experiences. For the daily nitty gritty, and for the extremely wonderful and trying times.
I am grateful for a wonderful family!
I am grateful for wonderful friends!
I am grateful for people who I know are suppose to be in my life to teach me things and to touch me with their wonderful spirits, even if it is only for a short time.
I am grateful for my health, my families health and my friends health.
I am grateful for the knowledge of a Heavenly Father and the comfort that gives me.
I am grateful for drama! The title of drama queen that my friends gave me in high school seems to have followed me in my adult life and I am so thankful! I have learned so much from the drama and the trials and I would never give any of it back. Never! I am who I am today because of these experiences and they have made me stronger and more grateful.
I am grateful to have no regrets.
I am grateful for the beautiful world around me.
I am grateful for being crazy busy!
I am grateful for two jobs in this economy.
I am grateful to help raise two kids.
I am grateful for the opportunity to finish my education. I have always wanted to finish, and I am almost there! I have loved learning so much this time around.
I am grateful for a wonderful home.
I am grateful for Cubbie ; )
I am grateful for an energetic, loving, funny, trusting, supportive and wonderful husband who loves me for me. Who supports my decisions and loves all of my quirkiness. Who is grateful and supportive during my trials and is there to celebrate the good times. Who honors his priesthood and makes me want to be a better person everyday.
I am so grateful for everyone who has touched my life and let me be apart of theirs. I love you all so much.

Cystic Fibrosis Banquet
Kristi, Sara, Jason, Quinn ( sorry this picture is so orange, I was trying out a new setting on my camera and obviously not the best one)
This is my "I am so full" face. The food is fantastic
Last weekend we got to get dressed up and go to the Grand America for the Cystic Fibrosis annual banquet. It was so wonderful. The Johnson's are so nice to invite us every year. It is so great to hear the advances they are making in research in regards to cystic fibrosis and how far that they have already come. I am touched every year by these families and those affected by CF. The Johnson's are so strong and handle everything just so amazingly. Thank you guys for allowing me to be apart of you are your children s lives, it is truly a blessing.

S'mores
Halloween Party
Quinn and I always get inspiration for our costumes walking the racks at savers, this year we were a baseball coach and a player. It fits nicely with Cubbie's fall back costume of a cubs player ( her eyes look really creepy in this picture)
stress relief
So one night after studying so much that no more information was going in I decided to take a break, but feeling too guilty to just veg out (although I now think that a night of doing absolutely nothing is a beautiful thing!) I decided to be a bit productive and paint a table that we inherited from Quinn's grandpa. I must say I really love how it turned out and it was so calming just to sit and paint.
