festival of trees

I realize that the greens in this outfit don't really go together but I was trying to make her as "Christmasy" as possible.




Festival of Trees! I really was debating if I was going to go to the annual Primary Childrens hospital fundraiser this year. It is a bit too close to home these days. There are many many trees dedicated to wonderful angels who have passed on. But I didn't want to miss out on tradition just because of our circumstances. I did pretty well until one tree covered in butterflies was dedicated to a sweet little girl whose picture showed her cute wrist covered in bracelets. But I pulled it together and I am just glad that we still have Lila with us now. Someday we will do a tree in honor of Lila and try to give back to the sweet staff at Primarys.
